1.МОСКВА, /ПРАЙМ/. "Норникель" запустил новую систему газоочистки на Кольской площадке в городе Мончегорске, инвестиции в проект оцениваются в 6,9 миллиарда рублей, сообщила компания.
"Норникель" ввел в эксплуатацию новую высокотехнологичную систему газоочистки в отделении пылеулавливания рафинировочного цеха на Кольской площадке в Мончегорске... Инвестиции в проект составили 6,9 миллиарда рублей", - говорится в сообщении.
Ключевая задача системы - снижение выбросов диоксида серы (SO2) от печей кипящего слоя рафинировочного цеха в рамках комплексной системы очистки газов. Ожидается, что проект позволит сократить эмиссию SO2 почти на 1 тысячу тонн в год.
По итогам прошлого года благодаря реализации Серной программы на Кольских промышленных площадках выбросы составили 12,4 тысячи тонн (155,1 тысячи тонн в 2015 году).
Отмечается, что новая система позволит ежегодно дополнительно возвращать в производство цветные металлы, а также значительно повысить качество выпускаемой серной кислоты.
Согласно релизу, практическая реализация проекта стартовала в декабре 2022 года. Для него было возведено здание, где установлены четыре современных четырехпольных электрофильтра российского производства. Доля отечественного оборудования в новой системе газоочистки достигает 98%, подчеркнули в компании.
2.МОСКВА, /ПРАЙМ/. Группа "Магнитогорский металлургический комбинат" (ММК<MAGN>) планирует направить порядка 10,2 миллиарда рублей на природоохранную деятельность в текущем году, сообщила компания.
"Инвестиции группы ММК в природоохранную деятельность в 2025 году составят около 10,2 миллиарда рублей, в том числе 9,9 миллиарда рублей за счет материнской компании. Профильные проекты уже реализуются в соответствии с утвержденной экологической программой ММК на 2025 год", - говорится в сообщении.
Отмечается, что крупнейшая часть этих инвестиций, свыше 2,6 миллиарда рублей, будет направлена на модернизацию и строительство природоохранных сооружений в коксохимическом производстве.
Еще около 1,8 миллиарда рублей в 2025 году будет выделено на модернизацию в доменного производства, где до 2027 года планируется осуществить реконструкцию воздухонагревателей пяти доменных печей, добавляется в релизе.
"В планах 2025 года также – переработка 7,5 миллиона тонн текущих и отвальных металлургических шлаков. Это в частности позволит использовать в качестве вторичных материальных ресурсов в шихте агломерационного производства не менее 1,8 миллиона тонн отходов", - уточнили в компании.
В общей сложности в текущем году предусмотрено 25 экологических мероприятий в разных переделах комбината и 7 в дочерних предприятиях ММК.
