Dry Fruit Mix Formulation
A trail mix recipe on a food blog and a dry fruit mix sold on a retail shelf are solving two very different problems. A home recipe only has to taste good once. A commercial dry fruit mix has to taste the same, feel the same and stay safe to eat in batch one and batch ten thousand, across a hot Delhi summer and a humid Mumbai monsoon, without turning soggy, rancid or stale before the best-before date. That gap between a good recipe and a manufacturable product is exactly what dry fruit mix formulation is built to close.
