Season 11's had me running on muscle memory: log in, burn mats, scan the stash, repeat. The new Paladin and those blink-and-you-miss-it Spiritborn setups have changed what's "fast," but they haven't changed what's smart. If you want your gear to actually move forward, you farm with a purpose, not vibes. I keep a scrappy little tracker next to my build notes, and when the numbers start looking ugly, I swap targets instead of forcing it. If you're short on reroll money while you're doing all that, Diablo4Gold is at least worth knowing about so you're not stuck vendoring decent rolls just to keep crafting.

Varshan: The "Don't Think" Boss

Echo of Varshan is still the easiest on-ramp, especially if you're gearing alts or helping clanmates catch up. Malignant Hearts from Whispers are basically free if you're already doing your rounds. This is where you camp when you need early uniques without drama: Sorcs fishing for Raiment of the Infinite, Rogues chasing Condemnation, that kind of thing. I don't pretend it's exciting. It's the point. You'll clear quick, reset quick, and you'll usually walk out with something usable in Torment 4 if your slots are still empty.

Grigoire and Zir: Where Your Steel and Blood Go

Once you're past the "anything upgrades me" phase, Grigoire becomes the real workhorse. If you've been in Helltides at all, you're going to have Living Steel, and it's too efficient not to spend it. He's been weirdly generous to me with boots and chests—Penitent Greaves show up so often it starts to feel like a joke. Spiritborn players, this is also where you keep pushing for Loyalty's Mantle. Then there's Lord Zir, paid for with Exquisite Blood from Blood Maiden loops. Zir's the spot when you're trying to toughen up: chest armor, pants, and that long, stubborn hunt for a better Razorplate.

Beast in the Ice: Painful, But Sometimes Mandatory

I'll say it plainly: I don't enjoy farming Distilled Fear. The whole Glacial Tunnels routine feels like homework, and it's easy to burn out if you force it every night. But if you're hunting things like Fists of Fate, or you're after those new Paladin off-hands, you end up here anyway. My advice is simple: batch it. Run your Nightmare Dungeons until you've got a decent pile, then do your summons in one go. It keeps you from feeling like you're living in that cave.

Duriel, Andariel, and Belial: The Real Chase

Duriel and Andariel still matter for the classic class-defining drops, and yes, people are still doing rotas for stuff like Tempest Roar. But Belial is the boss that's changing how our group spends a weekend. If you're hunting Mythic Uniques—Harlequin Crest, Ring of Starless Skies—Belial's been noticeably kinder in practice, not just on paper, and four-player runs make the swings feel less brutal. And when RNG refuses to play nice and you just want to get back to actually blasting, it's handy that u4gm exists for buying currency or items so you can patch a missing slot and keep your build online.
