July 18 has turned the album into a proper squeeze. The July 29 reset is close enough that random rolling just does not cut it anymore. With 21 main sets, 189 stickers, and Episode Set 4 still running, it is easy to feel pulled in every direction. A Monopoly Go Partners Event can add another reward path, but it should not distract from the stickers that actually change your album.

The big trap is looking at the completion number and assuming it tells the whole story. Being at 181 out of 189 sounds great, until six of those missing cards are gold. Regular duplicates can be traded, swapped, or used to close a set quickly. Gold gaps are different. They usually mean waiting for a lucky pack, a Wild Sticker, or the right Golden Blitz. That is why some players with fewer total stickers are actually in a better spot than players who look almost done.

Where Dice Usually Give Better Value.

Target Typical Cost Album Value
Easy main set Low dice spend Fast dice return
Episode Set 4 Medium dice spend Good if nearly complete
Gold-locked album High and uncertain Best with Wild rewards

Most experienced players work from the missing-card list, not the event banner. Split your gaps into tradable cards, high-star cards, gold cards, and Episode cards. Then check the next milestone before you start rolling. If the useful prize is a decent pack, a Swap Pack, or a Wild Sticker, the spend may be worth it. If it is mostly cash and tiny dice drops, stop early. It feels odd to leave an event unfinished, but burning your whole stash for a token or a few duplicate packs feels worse.

Episode Set 4 is worth chasing only when it is close. If you need one or two cards, especially tradable ones, it can be a nice side win before the season disappears. If you are starting from scratch while the main album needs just a couple of reachable stickers, stay with the main collection. Trade with a purpose, use protected exchanges, and do not assume the next Golden Blitz will fix everything. Before you buy Monopoly Go Partners Event offers or spend heavily on another milestone, decide which reward gives you a realistic path to a completed set and more dice.
