Version 3.1 The Long Goodbye will officially go live on July 29, and this 2nd Anniversary celebration has truly exceeded expectations with its thoughtfulness and scale.
First and foremost, what I'm most excited about is that Remielle Dan the Void Hunter is finally making her playable debut. She is the game's first S-Rank Lumiflux Anomaly Agent, with pink hair and pink eyes. Portrayed as a "cunning old fox" who has lived for over a century, she has a shrewd and enigmatic personality — just a few lines from her official Character Demo have me completely captivated.

Even more impressive is her core mechanic: her damage attribute automatically syncs with that of the next agent in the party lineup, allowing her to fit seamlessly into teams of any attribute with exceptional versatility. I’m planning to team her up with my Aria for a dual Anomaly comp — just thinking about the damage ceiling of this setup gets me really hyped. If you’re looking to pull for her, be sure to keep an eye on the banner duration.
Phase 2 will introduce another new S-Rank agent: Sigrid, an Ice-Attribute Attacker. She serves as Deputy of Roscaelifer Airspace Patrol Division, and her combat style revolves around the Aerial Patrol Spear Form. When fully stacked, this state grants her a massive boost to Crit Rate, making her built for burst damage. Judging by her parry counters and charged spear attacks featured in the demo, her combat feel is solid and impactful, with a distinctly different combat pattern from existing Ice damage dealers. She serves as a brand-new option for an Ice main DPS.

The rewards for this 2nd Anniversary celebration are genuinely generous. Players will receive 1600 Polychromes directly upon login, 20 Encrypted Tapes through the cumulative check-in event, and 10 Bangboo Vouchers as well. The First Purchase Bonus will also be reset — this is more practical for monthly pass holders than any other perk.
But what I’m most torn on is the "Pick 1 of 5 Limited S-Rank Agents" event, where you choose one from Jane, Soldier 0 - Anby, Trigger, Lucia and Hugo. This massive wave of rewards has honestly left me a little overwhelmed. I don’t own any of these five agents, so picking one is truly a happy dilemma. Right now I’m leaning toward Soldier 0 - Anby, as her combat feel is fluid and agile with great versatility. That said, if you’re lacking a main DPS, Jane or Hugo would be a better fit. At the end of the day, your decision should be based on your own roster — there’s no need to follow the crowd.

If you haven’t downloaded the game yet or are looking to come back to it, now is genuinely a great time to do so. For new players short on in-game resources, I’d recommend the platform COCODP — it offers discounts on recharges with very fast delivery, saving you the hassle of dealing with troublesome cross-region payments.
Along with the new characters, this update will advance the main story to the floating island of Roscaelifer. While the devs haven’t shared much in the way of plot details, the title The Long Goodbye paired with the floating island setting makes me feel there’s a compelling story waiting to unfold. That said, what I’m more concerned about is having enough gacha resources — after all, I want to get both Remielle and Sigrid, so there’s definitely some pressure. If you’re running low on resources right now, COCODP can help you top up quickly. I usually stock up ahead of time before a new version launches.

The version update is just around the corner. Spend all your stamina and stock up on in-game resources ahead of time. If you’re looking for more real-time updates and character reviews, Poppo Live is a solid option you can keep an eye on.
See you in Roscaelifer on July 29.
