Broncos Country, who witne sed the Broncos nearly reach the Super Bowl in Bo Nix's second season as the team's starting quarterback, will be clamoring for it. The Broncos should be taking a look at all viable options at running back, wide receiver and tight end. One name has already emerged as a po sibility and many Broncos fans are calling for the team to make the move. Recently, veteran tight end David Njoku announced that he will not re-sign with the this offseason and will be looking for a new opportunity. As an unrestricted free agent, he is free to sign with any team he wants. But, the Broncos should not be that team. Broncos should be out on signing tight end Jonathan Greenard Jersey David Njoku A first-round pick in 2017, Njoku has been a great player for the Browns. In fact, his 384 career receptions rank third in Browns franchise history. But the Broncos just spent big money in free agency last year on an aging tight end, Evan Engram, who put forth a lackluster season. Njoku will turn 30 years old in July and has mi sed 11 games acro s the past two seasons. David Njoku is done in Cleveland & I see fans want him in Denver... Broncos already burned cap & snaps on Engram last year for 461 yards and 1 TD.... Another ageing tight end with a knee thats seen better days isn't what Broncos need... Get a young early round TE in draft. If Oregon's Kenyon Sadiq, easily the best tight end in the cla s, falls to them at No. 30 in the first round, the Broncos must take him. However, that is not likely. Still, there are some solid options later on in the draft, such as Ohio State's Max Klare, Vanderbilt's Eli Stowers and Joe Royer out of Cincinnati. There will be much more on each of those players as we talk draft throughout the offseason. Signing Njoku and bringing him onto a roster that includes Engram would be a strange move, unle s the Broncos planned to move on from Engram in his favor. That said, there is nothing to suggest that Njoku would perform better in Denver than Engram did this year.
